Include non-attorneys in your planning for improvements and growth in the future. Make sure they have the support and respect of everyone in the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm offers a good work and life balance; it's not a turn and burn sweatshop environment with a lot of pressure. The very respectful attorneys treat everyone well at all levels.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the people do not treat the support staff well; some of the other people around the office don't have as much respect as the top guys.

The environment is great there, it is only the HR department that needs to kick out some people or at least change the way performance can be evaluated.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Since working here for over 3 years, it has been a great journey. I have been given opportunities for advancement and the coworkers have been great in the energy department. We all love what we do and get things done quickly.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the Human Resource department seems to be a bit lackluster when it comes to solving issues with the poorer performing employees. It seems that there are some that want to reap the rewards of the results from the hard working employees out there.
