Better bonuses and vacation packages might make the salaries that people make here a little more appealing, but it is a minor issue.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I get to work with a lot of attorneys here that motivate me at my job. Because of the work we do, we tend to work with some interesting clients that work in different industries.

What did you not like about this institution?
The salaries here are not as competitive as they are in other firms that some of the people I know work at.
