Take a good look at your compensation packages and try to become a bit more competitive. It will bring better talent and skill set to the company, which will pay off later.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has some really great talent and they have top of the line attorneys working for them. They allow you to do your work without a lot of oversight and trust their employees to get their job done.
What did you not like about this institution?
This firm is very low on the pay scale and compensation packages that they offer in comparison to other firms of this size in a city of this size.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
4.Hard working EnvironmentParalegal/Legal Assistant (Current Employee) - Mobile, ALThey work hard but still have some fun for different holidays. The biggest problem is billing. Because they are mainly an insurance defense firm, billing is crucial to how they make money. If you do not bill enough, they are not happy. It is also hard because insurance companies do not want to pay for anything. It can be very cut throat if it has been a particularly slow month to get your hours in.
