What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Being more of a laid back firm in some regards would really help morale at times. I would let the lead staff know that sometimes they don't need to be overbearing or hold hands through tasks, since most of us have been doing this for a while.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The attorneys here are the best and are always willing to teach anyone who is willing to learn. The resources that they provide us with are always current and the software and computers are up to date with current trends as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
The case work is usually something that takes time and often overtime is required. It gives us not a lot of time to enjoy our personal time off, but the cases are important. The lead staff can be overbearing and micromanaging. It is also a problem when the staff knows what they are doing and how to get results, but the lead staff want to control that.
