Find a way to retain the young lawyers that you are grooming and teaching, having them move on to other firms defeats the purpose of them learning and growing with the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a fantastic law firm to learn about litigation and how to litigate cases. They allow you to work beside the experienced lawyers and learn from them.

What did you not like about this institution?
People tend to move on pretty quickly, so there is a high turnover rate. It doesn't create the most stable work atmosphere at times.
