If the firm wants to attract and keep talent, they need to create a long-term vision that inspires confidence. They need to put more effort into expansion or something.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Lots of freedom to make your own choices. They trust you to do your job unless you prove to them you don't deserve that trust. Pretty nice location.

What did you not like about this institution?
Very small firm without a possibly doubtful future. The firm doesn't show any signs of growing, so it's not the best place to work if you want to plant roots somewhere.

The location is quite good and the working environment is really great for the employees. Very helpful and Intelligent people are in your surroundings and there is a lot more you can learn from.

The front desk personnel needs more training. Answer the phone

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Easy to find on Google maps

What did you not like about this institution?
While I worked there this is how they treated their clients. They will not answer the phone. No communication. They will ask for documents and lose them. No communication. They will take their time working on your case so that your retainer will run out.
