Build and foster relationship building activities. Build close and personal relationships with all of the staff and associates so the work environment is pleasurable.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has a great record for being careful with its clients' cases. They have a great reputation with their existing clients the word of mouth is excellent.

What did you not like about this institution?
This is a large firm so sometimes attentiveness to staff needs can go unnoticed. Since it is a performance oriented firm, personal lives can sometimes get overlooked.
