They pay needs to rise if you want to prevent talent from fleeing for the city. Focus on diversifying the work assignments. Train your support staff a little better to make everyone's jobs easier.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There's a small-town vibe at the firm that makes working here pleasant and comfortable. Not as much pressure and competition as I experienced at my previous job.

What did you not like about this institution?
It's not located close to the city. They don't pay as well as their bigger competitors. The work is consistently dull. The partners are a little arrogant sometimes.
