What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
People will simply not bother taking calculated risks and taking on more difficult or subjective projects if there's a chance they'll be berated for ending up with a certain outcome. Be more polite to the people who work for you, or else you'll just get their bare minimum, if even that.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work itself was often fairly interesting and gave you a chance to use your personal judgement or initiative. However, this seemed to be partially intentional, and partially due to management being apathetic in certain regards.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management was very rude to staff members and lower-ranking individuals of all sorts. It made the office an unpleasant place to be, at times. There were few internal promotions, and, as a result, there was a lot of turnover - most people just didn't want to put up with unpleasant people if there was no end in site for them.
