What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This is quite a solid firm to work for as an associate. You could not do much better elsewhere. You will find a pleasant mix of people and plenty of balance here.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best thing about working here is the people you will be with. You'll get plenty of support from management when you need it. The firm understands you need some time off on weekends and you will have it.
What did you not like about this institution?
There isn't much to say here except that the pay package could be improved and more transparency is also desired when it comes to hiring decisions and who gets bonuses.

Even though it is a large firm, it is very much like one big family.ConsParking in downtown Binghamton is a problem and is not paid for by the firm. Because it is a large firm, there is a lot of silly administrative policies.Advice to ManagementThe management would be served by treating all valued employees well and not giving preferential treatment and perks only to certain employees.
