Believe it or not, their pay scale is actually on the upper end.

What did you not like about this institution?
There are virtually no benefits. They will run you ragged for that upper end pay. There is a lot of back stabbing and not just among staff, the attorneys do it as well.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Mark Yeslow - He is downright abusive. Loves to scream at his employees

It is a small firm, team-orientated and friendly work environment. Everyone is genuinely approachable and willing to help one another. This is a place where you will work hard, learn, and grow with a supportive group of people.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Friendly, positive environment. I have been here for a few years, and cannot imagine working elsewhere. The partners are very gracious and appreciative of staff.
