Laura Zois - Micromanages, Inconsistent Demeanor, Bad Reputation, Brings Personal Life to Work, Ronald Miller - Disinterested in being involved with cases, Hands off, Will let office know when employees have been fired and why - lack of professionalism, will not take calls.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Just hire a few more people for the times when we have multiple trials in the same month and everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This really is a great group of people doing everything they can to get their clients what they deserve. I think my co-workers really cared about me when I was there and I'm still friendly with people at Miller & Zois.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes the ebb and flow of the work, it is sometimes just too much and we don't have enough people to do the job without having to kill ourselves.

None. A few are quirky but these are all good people.
