What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Arrange overtime work in a better way. If the attorneys know that there is going to be a larger case load in the beginning of the week, they should tell the staff to keep in mind that there might be some later hours in the week. It would help a lot more than having work sprung up on people that day.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The culture at this firm is amazing. Everyone works well together and is willing to get out there and help each other and the attorneys when they need it. No one back stabs and everyone gets along. It's an ideal environment to work in.

What did you not like about this institution?
The worst part of working here is that the hours can sometimes seem long. We are expected to work a few ""surprise"" overtime hours that are sprung up on us randomly. It makes it hard to make plans, but it's just every so often.
