What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to offer their employees more time off. Employees are feeling burnt out from work and needing more time to themselves. Being a good law firm is important, but so is an employee

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm shows to be one that strives to be the best. Management really pushes employees to work hard and come out on top among the competition. They offer well paying salaries, benefits, and are very accommodating to their employees. Many enjoy working here for the fact that they feel taken care of and have good job security.

What did you not like about this institution?
With this firm however, many complain about the tiring hours of work. Several complain that work hours are much too long and interfere with their home life. The work balance for this firm seems a bit strict and difficult for some to keep up with.
