What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
You don't have to like or be friends with the people you work with, but you should at least be professional. If you are unhappy with someone's work, you should communicate that with them and then show them how to improve. Especially if they've made a mistake that could be devastating to their career. Withholding that type of information from a young professional and then removing them from the practice without first letting them know what took place is unacceptable.
