Advance from within instead of hiring new and pay better for the jobs that are preformed. Have monthly evaluations and pay accordingly.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff here treats you like one of the family and works as a team. Handling a full case load here was a breeze.
What did you not like about this institution?
For the amount of work you do here the pay is fairly under the mark. Yearly raises don't seem to happen often enough.
