What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to make sure that their staff members are paid appropriately and are given the benefits that they deserve. I would also like to see more overtime opportunity's given once there is a salary increase put into place.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There was always an interesting case to work on during my stay at this firm. If you ever get tired of working on a particular case they would allow you to move onto a difference case that was in a completely different category which I personally found to be quite rewarding.

What did you not like about this institution?
The starting pay does not reflect the kind of cases that this firm expects you to help win (the starting pay is too low). The benefits are not good as well.
