Greenfield office of our client seeks intellectual property litigation attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will serve in the following projects: litigation of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition and related claims; alternative dispute resolution and mediation. Will remain focused on client objectives throughout duration of long-term litigation. Ability to manage litigation expenses to a budget. Must have played meaningful roles in at least three intellectual property trials or preliminary injunction / summary judgment motions in the last twenty four months.
