Busy personal injury law firm seeks an associate ; The position involves handling 50 to 60 litigation cases consisting of slip and falls and atuo accidents Specific responsibilities include drafting and filing Original Petitions, answering discovery quickly and efficiently, issuing written discovery requests, collecting medical records and affidavits, preparing Clients for deposition, trial preparation and trial attendance.
Hard-working but friendly atmosphere.
Compenation is $65,000 per year with a working equity interest in the cases handled.
One day a week remote work is a possibility if desired.
Paid federal holidays and two weeks vacation.
