My fellow associates here are all willing to help me with important projects and cases. I also have access to great resources. The pay and benefits are good. Client relationships are important to the firm since it helps with its reputation.

The work hours can be stressful sometimes. Since we do put extra effort in keeping a good working relationship with clients, it tends to be more than what some other firms are willing to put into their cases.
