Good benefits for associates, such as events and free amenities to activities that will help reduce stress, can be something to help with the work load.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My fellow associates here are all willing to help me with important projects and cases. I also have access to great resources. The pay and benefits are good. Client relationships are important to the firm since it helps with its reputation.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work hours can be stressful sometimes. Since we do put extra effort in keeping a good working relationship with clients, it tends to be more than what some other firms are willing to put into their cases.
